Founder

Greetings! My name is Nathan Braymen and I am the creator of isitrecordable.com, isitcompensable.comisitenvironmental.com, isitconstruction.com and isitsafety.com! (I go by #RedBeard on LinkedIn and other social media, connect with me!) I am a former USMC crash fire and rescue specialist. I studied Occupational Safety in college at Iowa State University and received both my BS and MS in occupational safety. I am an OSHA authorized outreach trainer. I also am certified by the Iowa-Illinois Safety Council in OSHA recordkeeping.

I began my career working at the USDA National Animal Disease Center in Ames, IA as a safety technician and then spent over 8 years at Berkshire Hathaway Energy as a corporate safety manger. I have over 15 years of experience in safety.

To keep the sites functioning smoothly, I have decided to open the door for sponsors and partnerships. If you would like to promote your brand on this site, lets talk! Email me at redbeard@isitrecordable.com.

If you have benefitted from this site and would like to provide a tip for all the hard work I've put into it, please use the Donate button below and thank you, in advance, for your generosity!

Check it out! My first safety book 5 Principles for Parenting and Occupational Safety Management was published August of 2020!
